  The Under-19 World Cup 2024 begins in South Africa. In the ICC Under 19 World Cup 2024, Australia U19 defeated Pakistan U19 in the second semi-final at Willow Moore Park, Benoni. Electing to bat after winning the toss, Australia restricted Pakistan to 179 runs in 48.5 overs. Among notable performances, Azan Awais scored 52 and Arafat Minhas scored 52 runs. For Australia, Tom Straker took 6 wickets for 24 runs. In reply, Australia achieved the target by scoring 181 runs at the loss of 9 wickets in 49.1 overs. Final will play in 11 of February.
