 Before the Lok Sabha elections 2024, the BJP has changed the Chief Minister in Haryana.  Manohar Lal Khattar resigned from his post on Tuesday . After this, it was announced to make Nayab Singh Saini the next Chief Minister of the state. Nayab Singh Saini is all set to become the new CM of Haryana.



In Haryana saw a major political upheaval on Tuesday. State Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar along with the entire cabinet submitted his resignation to Governor Bandaru Dattatrey. After this, the alliance of BJP and JJP broke in the state. However, even after the breakdown of this alliance, the BJP had a clear majority. This poses no threat to the BJP government here. But the BJP has changed the face of the chief minister in the state. 


Now , the BJP has 41 MLAs and the JJP 10 in the 90-member House. The coalition also had the support of six of the seven independent MLAs. The main opposition Congress has 30 MLAs and the Indian National Lok Dal and Haryana Lokhit Party have one seat each.
